Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 July 2026
Centrely is a personal project built and operated by Sudwipto Kumar Mondal. It is not a registered company. These terms reflect that.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Centrely (the “Service”), a personal project built and operated by Sudwipto Kumar Mondal (“I”, “me”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Centrely is an admin platform for multi-branch tuition and coaching businesses, covering students, teachers, batch scheduling, payments and role-based access. It is an independent, non-commercial personal project and is not operated by a registered company.
The Service may change, be suspended or be discontinued at any time without notice. I am not liable for any such change or discontinuation.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- You must notify me promptly of any unauthorised use at sudwiptokmondal@gmail.com.
- You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any applicable law or regulation;
- upload data you have no right to process, or process personal data without a lawful basis;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or the underlying infrastructure;
- disrupt or overload the Service, or interfere with its security features;
- reverse engineer or resell the Service without permission.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the business data you enter. You grant me the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service on your behalf. Handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you enter, including any student data relating to minors.
6. Payments feature
Centrely helps you record and track payments, allocations, discounts and receipts for your own business. It is a record-keeping tool only. It does not process, hold or transfer money, and it is not a payment service or financial advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the figures you enter and for your own tax and accounting obligations.
7. Availability and “as-is”
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. As a personal project, there is no guaranteed uptime, support response time, or backup schedule. Keep your own copies of important data.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profit, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. I may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if I discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
10. Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
